Refund Policy / Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email):

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods within 14 days after informing us about your withdrawal.
5. Return Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:
- the item is defective
- or we made a mistake
6. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
As all items are pre-owned (used), normal signs of wear described in the product listing are not considered defects.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- the item has not been worn beyond trying it on
- the item has not been damaged
- the original condition has been maintained
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
