1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

3. Products

We sell vintage clothes.

All items are pre-owned (used) and may show signs of wear.
Each item is unique and subject to availability.

The condition of each product is described as accurately as possible on the respective product page.

4. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase goods.

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR (€).

According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • All payment methods offered via Shopify Payments
  • PayPal

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–6 business days
  • Europe: 2–9 business days
  • Worldwide: 9–31 business days

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any incurred return shipping costs or fees from the refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email.

9. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • the item received is significantly not as described (e.g. undisclosed major defects), or
  • the wrong item was delivered by us

10. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging (if applicable).

As all products are pre-owned (used), normal signs of wear described in the product listing are not considered defects.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • the item has not been worn beyond trying it on
  • the item has not been damaged by the customer
  • the original condition has been maintained

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

11. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable Law

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

15. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it.

This may occur in the following cases:

  • if the ordered item is no longer in stock
  • if we are unable to ship the order within 10 business days

In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be fully refunded.
